You Decide Referral provides the following services to licensed Nevada real estate agents:
Agents may hang their Nevada real estate license with You Decide Referral at no cost. License hanging does not constitute active agency representation and agents hanging licenses are limited to referral activity only under this program, unless otherwise contracted.
Agents who refer clients to You Decide Referral or You Decide Realty are eligible to receive referral compensation as outlined in their referral agreement. Standard referral commission is 30% of the gross commission earned on a referred transaction. New construction transactions offer a 70/30 split in the referring agent's favor.
Agents enrolled in the program may access You Decide Realty listings and earn 70% of gross commissions on any completed sale of a brokerage listing.
Important: All referral compensation is subject to the execution of a signed referral agreement and is contingent upon the successful close of an applicable real estate transaction. No compensation is earned or owed until close of escrow.
